Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Sugar cookies, snickerdoodle cookies, white chocolate macadamia, matcha cookies (oooooh!), you name it! I love snacking on cookies because they not only satisfy my sweet tooth, but cookies just rule everything surrounding me - tehe. But let me ask ya'll a very simple question, and I really am breaking it down as best as I could, but what are your opinions over peanut butter cookies? Are you craving peanut butter cookies, but you just ran over to the cupboard and found out you have no traces of flour?

Want a simple way - just like counting 123's and ABC's? Have no fear because I can show you with just three magic ingredients and you may be surprised!

All you need is: an egg, peanut butter, and sugar! Wasn't that shocking? Haha, I wouldn't be surprised because they still taste like the real deal without the lengthy process. :D

Steps: Have yourself a bowl and a whisk/fork. Throw in all those three ingredients together and beat these bad boys up until smooth and creamy. You will get a recognize a familiar batch and you know what to do when you present yourself the very amazing cookie dough you just created. Roll into balls and if you wish, use fork to create a hashtag icon as you press down slightly onto the dough. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 Celsius) for about 7-10 minutes! If you like your cookies to be crunchy, then I would say leave it for another 2-3 minutes. :) But don't take my word for it since I haven't  tried to purposely screw up a cookie recipe.

There you go! Just three simple ingredients to make peanut butter cookies and very quick to do when you are in a rush for a cookie craving. They still taste exactly like old-fashioned peanut butter cookies - in simpler form.  Plus, if you are learning to bake, then I suggest this recipe is just beginner's luck to a secret for making bomb-ass cookies. ^_^  Let me know if you gave these a try!

Sponsored Post: InstaNatural's Dead Sea Mask & Vitamin C Toner

Hello lovelies! I have a sponsored review of the Dead Sea Mask and the Vitamin C Toner made by yours truly, Instanatural, for me to share with you! This is my first review and I cannot say I am an expert on reviewing products and deliver my say based on my opinion, but you know what they all say? Keep practicing because there is always room for improvement. Anyway let us get onto the review!

This is the product!

InstaNatural is a skincare brand that uses organic ingredients from because they do not believe in putting chemicals that could cause harm to the skin. The ingredients are natural, meaning you do not have to worry if you are cautious about parabens and foreign agents going on your face! The amazing thing is that they do not test on animals (score!). InstaNatural was enthusiastic about having me try out their Dead Sea Mud Mask and their Vitamin C Toner for testing purposes.

The Dead Sea Mud Mask has 100% organic ingredients with a blend of Organic Shea Butter, Organic Jojoba Oil, Organic Aloe Vera, Organic Calendula Oil, and Hickory Bark Extract. It is a mud mask that will help cleans your skin, reduce down large pores, and moisturizes your face as you go. If you suffer from acne, dry, oily, or aging skin - then I would highly recommend this product! I could even go along with many reasons why I can suggest this product if you are looking for a new mud mask.

The mud mask is not entirely black, but it is a deep grey color. I wasn't surprised by the appearence because who would want some artificial dyed mask that could sink into your skin and cause irritaion? There is no significant aroma, which makes it a natural product for those who are easily allergic to certain scents within products. The consistency is just like pudding - not entirely the thickest or thinnest product.

As you can see, application really goes a long way and applying too much can cause the mask taking eons to who knows when it will dry. So make you that you can spread out the mask as evenly as possible because the job will be taken care of efficiently if not applied way too much. When I applied it on my face in even distributes, it took about 15-20 minutes to completely dry and let me tell you, I thought my face was destructing itself in another episode of The Walking Dead haha. My face turned completely pale grey and I wasn't used to seeing that. Well, it is just a mud mask for its own cosmetic purposes considering this is a first mud mask I have done. As soon as I washed my face, I noticed my skin's complexion became really smooth and my pores had already tighten. I no longer experienced any greasiness and I can tell that I am starting off on a good foot!

Below is an image of the comparison with the thin even layer of the mask on the right side of the swatch and the left side consists of a thicker layer of the mask. Obviously the thick layer took its sweet time to develop a form of hardening on the skin; vice versa, the thin layer looked really smooth.

Did I enjoy this product? Certainly! I have very oily skin throughout the year and it is difficult to manage how this greaseball attempts to find a way back to mutify my compelxion and I can say that the Dead Sea Mud Mask is a good combat for my scenario since it removed excess oil and dirt from my face. I would recommend this to anyone and this should be applied once a week, so think of this as a good treatment for your face.

Plus, 16 ounces may seem little product, but take my word for it. It is a huge product that is worth every bang for your buck and oh my goodness, I think this could even last me up to the entire year if I use it consistently! It's currently on sale for $25.77!! InstaNatural is also offering the Vitamin C Toner that includes 100% Natural and Organic Anti-aging ingredients including Vitamin C, Witch Hazel, Aloe Vera, Tea Tree Oil, and all that goodness to keep your skin to produce collagen that delivers a nice, youthful appearance.

People with dry skin can benefit from this toner because it will hydrate your face well as it will absorb moisture on your skin to improve elasticity.

It is also good for people with oily skin since it will shrink pores to help clean/tighten/purify your pores, preventing a greasy-looking appearance while combating to restore natural pH balances. It is gentle enough to be used in a regular basis, so you do not have to worry about drying your skin out!

I do like this product because I like mist toners where I can just spray this directly onto my face and I can sense a breath of cold fresh air on its landing. Due to my oily skin, it did help take the oils out of my face and all I can say is how refreshed my skin felt! The scent is just..... Asdfghjkl! It smells so good! Just like oranges and any citrus fruit that you can think of. :) It isn't overwhelming either, so you do not have to fret any second that someone who doesn't like citrus fruits is going to complain about the fragrance. It is really refreshing and I recommend this to anyone of all skin types and anyone investing in a new toner. If you love citrus, get it! It is only retailing for $17.49 and it will last you for a really long time. :D

Late Valentine's Day Post....and a rendezvous!

Some say it as a traditional holiday where parties come together to express their love by giving confectionary goods, flowers, exchanging card/gifts. Some call it just any other boring day followed by the 365 year-calendar. I remember those elementary days where I would exchange corny Valentine cards with students and getting those disgusting candy heart boxes for an unlimited amount of desserts... Yuck! Receiving and reading cards were my favorite outcome from this holiday. Plus, if you didn't like that one particular person, just don't deliver them a card haha - that was what the selfish child "me" did. ^_^

Whichever it may be, hopefully you lovebirds had something productive to do on this day and you may want to ask what I did too. This was the second date I went on on a holiday, but first time it will be with my boyfriend and hopefully with many dates to come in the future. There were endless options we could've went, but being on a restricted schedule and having a curfew, we experienced traffic difficulties along our little adventure. Our initial plan was to drive and chill at San Francisco since it isn't too far from where we reside, but being the impatient gal, I couldn't afford to waste gas to spend our limited moments at San Francisco where we could just have a mini getaway in our city. Plus, I'm sure that everyone from the suburbs wanted to go to SF anyways and I bet it would be hours until we would get there since traffic was nearly everywhere by road.

On the latter, we settled for a sushi restaurant and I'm thinking, "No biggie. I love sushi more than I could even consume a horse if I must." We both love sushi, so that was spark-worthy between us lovebugs. I just love sushi that much! Hehe. Prior to heading to the sushi restaurant, I had bittersweet thoughts racing around my head while realizing this was where my previous date took me for Valentine's Day. I tried to shook it off and not let it get to my head because I'm supposed to be a happy gal that I'm actually going on a real date with my boyfriend.

Being the forgetful person I was, I didn't bring enough money. Shit! This rings up that I couldn't treat myself to several rolls like how I would since they were sooooooooo yummy. Even my boyfriend didn't bring enough money to cover his meal. Could I get an awkward applause here? Anyway, we both settled for bento boxes instead....hehe. I mean you can never go wrong with them - especially if this is your first time trying out sushi or going to a Japanese restaurant. You want my recommendation, there you go - a bento box! I highly suggest this for beginners too. :) I also ordered a side of sake maki since I was feeling a little naughty ;) teehee. Surprisingly, the bento box had me filled up within a matter of 15 minutes between consumption and expressive conversations. He even had me laughing that our waitress had some puppy-like affection for his brother because they would always go here whenever the two craved sushi, and she would be making weird eye contact with him while attempting to semi-flirt with him. Is that even a word? Haha.

We both wanted dessert, but as two broke ass college students, we must resort ourselves to our different location since no dessert was offered at this location. This restaurant used to have dessert - what could have happened???! Had someone decided to start a petition in order to have a significant amount of signatures to depose every dessert item off the menu?! Disappointed I was, I know I am not entirely bloated, but I'm craving dessert. Something me and my boyfriend could share together since it was a treat to us. My boyfriend suggested shaved snow, and I dumbfounded myself for how I did not think of this after the mini rage I had how they were no longer serving desserts. Okay.. I wasn't really raging, though I just predicted every restaurant should have at least a dessert item in their menu option.

The shaved snow was really light and airy. *_____* Green tea flavored snow smothered with condensed milk, along with mango and strawberry mochi on the side. It is sooooo good! We both shared and devoured in seconds since shaved snow was one of our favorite treats.

Despite how our date went today, I look forward to the next date with him - and many more fun journeys as we can! Our plans may have been wrecked due to the amount of travelers going out on a busy day since it was a holiday on a Saturday, we work to prioritize to compromise other long shots we had. We both did not bring enough money to have a decent meal together, but no worries since not all dates are picture-perfect to begin with. I had my fair share of awkward dates in the past, and sometimes it is good to get a laugh at it because we are silly human beings that worry about mistakes that have no meaning to them.

I hope each and every one of you shared a moment on this special day, or if you are single, your productive lazy date with food. :) Whether you are taken or single, treat Valentine's Day with affection and spend that day however you like it. Go on a wild adventure to a Valentine edition amusement park or buy $100 worth of chocolate to eating your desires out. :D

It All Happened within a Month

I apologize for the lack of posts on my blog. Maybe I could say I have been enjoying life to even worry that I own a blog in the first place. During this entire month span, I had myself conjuring several episodes - two could potentially cost me my life and one being no biggie if I was not stressing so much.

If you were ever in my position and thinking further is something you do often then you are not alone because I feel I may inherited some form of paranoia and I could take the usage to check in with a psychologist. I worry so much that it interferes with my day-to-day life and I think too far ahead to not know how to appreciate the small things in life that needs to be observed before thinking jumbled silly thoughts. For the past few weeks when it all occurred, I couldn't even go to school for two weeks for that matter because if I did, I would sob my way home - enough for me to know that school had been pretty shit to me lately. I couldn't bring myself to eat anything and getting into pointless arguments with my boyfriend/family was bringing my guard down and that big slap across my face was for me to realize I am not myself.

Since I am a new blogger, I am not too keen on expressing every single bit of detail with what is currently going on in my life, but I am working on the fact that I would like to be personal with you and at least give you a heads up on various updates when I am out and about. Perhaps if I do have my comfort zone laying around, I may share catastrophes I got myself into and I'm pretty distressed from the happenings. :(  You know, I appreciate my viewers to valuing me that I do put in effort, and I respect and thank you for looking after my blog because I enjoy meeting amazing people like you and it means so much that I could bring to offer here.

In the meantime, I hope things may get better by little each day and I did not look it into this way how I will be spending the first few months of 2015. Do not worry because one event may already happened, but life is still an on-going matter. Just keep aiming forward.

Are you in a relationship or a relationshit?

Disclaimer: This does not imply with one-night stands nor friends with benefits. If you want to think of it this way, then I express no concern whatsoever - though I would appreciate any arguments here and there since this is only my say about a special form of relationship.
Are you in a relationshit?

I would like you to take a moment by looking at the title of this entry or maybe yet, the image after my statement, because there is something speaking for itself while you decide to contemplate whether you had yourself involved in this position. If you have not, well, at least picture yourself in this relationship where you had no idea if you still love this person while this person puts yourself in a vulnerable state endlessly and you beat yourself about it whether this person should still have a place in your heart or not? Would you keep dating your current significant other if he/she is repetitively abusing your imperfections and making you do what they have in say?
Can anyone even relate to this diagram?

Why do we have these in the world? I express much sympathy how one is terribly bruised if the other fellow does not see past through their sorrow limped heart. How come two parties are willing stay together when they know for sure that they are not satisfied? Isn't the point of having a relationship having happiness and loving each other unconditionally. There isn't an "I don't know if they are truly the ones to make me happy." You either know or you don't. They shouldn't be the ones to make you feel like damn shit and you are feeling guilty about something you think you did wrong where there really isn't anything you did to cause a chaotic mess. You got yourselves into a relationshit and this isn’t something you want to have if you plan on having a long-term relationship.

If you find yourself in a relationshit and you are severely unhappy with yourself being with your current lover, I suggest you get out of that miserable bottomless pit as soon as you can, or if I were speaking to you right this second....... NOW!!!

Find someone who makes you happy and fully understands you.  Someone who you won't beat yourself over when nothing is your fault. Find someone who will always be by your side, even if he is willing to take up your shit---especially when we PMS. If this person can pinky promise, this person is a keeper. If they are not willing to do all of this, then there is always someone else that replace their spot in your heart in a matter of time. You may develop some sentimental feelings over time, but once this person is out of the picture. I could guarantee that you will be happier than ever and he/she is just another chapter stuck a previous fairytale followed from a cliffhanger. Remember, you are worth so much more and you deserve the best attention needed. :)

With love,

Do you let astrology define your life?

Do not get me wrong - I do believe that horoscopes are read when you have nothing to do at the very moment and curious to figure out how the outcomes will turn out based on your birthdate and birth location. Being young, I was fascinated with the astrology section of my monthly subscribed magazines as I wanted to learn more about how my sign can help me predict what my life will be as I grew older. All I wanted to know what my ideal guy would look like and if I was going to live in a sophisticated home where I finally give in to say that my life is complete. Lulz.

But is astrology accurate enough to let it influence your behavior and future outcome?

My experiences granted me with observations for me to conclude for myself, and I would have to say ‘not necessarily unless you are dying of a storytelling of your future needs.’  I used to count on analyzing horoscopes just because I gained my curiosity for learning what sort of negative and positive consequences that could possibly take a toll on my life. My love for astrology came off slightly little strong as I had to know the answer to my capricious problems. You know the obvious questions:

“Where and how will I meet my soulmate?”
“Am I going to be heading into my dream career and managing a stable life?”
“Who will be my friends until the day I die?”

I am a Libra. I am a balanced person because I like seeing things when they are in good proportions and when they aren’t, it provokes me how nothing can be at peace since conflict is our nemesis. I suppose you can say we are fickle people---I admit that my negative attributes as opposed to spending nearly an hour or so at a clothing store. Yet, I am still deciding which outfit I would want to purchase. As Libras, we are predestined to fall head over heels with a Sagittarius, Leo, Gemini, or an Aquarius. I have dated threes Aquariuses in my life, and my relationships with Aquariuses went wasted down into the wrong pipe--yet astrology claims I would have a successful long-term relationship with them.

This had my eyes wide open that astrology predicts that one simple move can change an outcome of your future and change dramatically that you may not see it coming. Honestly, I just believe it is unhealthy to rely on astrological stars deemed as true to lead our life since these personal dibs of information is meant to be read for fun. Just when was it not ever okay to ever let yourself to live your life freely to your desires?

Other words, please don't let those astrological stars dictate your life because you are given a mind to make smart choices with your life and the mentality to prepare any unexpected outcomes.

Twenty-five Random Facts about Me!

Hey there! I figured that being a new blogger means something essential I would share to help readers get a glimpse of who I am and what you may not know about me. I am feeling so generous so I'm just going to show flaunt my stunning effortless #selfie aside with twenty five facts.

C'est moi! :D

1. I used a die hard gamer girl back in my younger days, but it was time for me to grow up and leave things behind.
2. I am an absolute animal person. Especially dogs! ^_^
3. I can live with sushi, baked goods, soymilk, cookie butter, milk tea, beef jerky, dim sum, and anything involving green tea for the rest of my life if I was given that option.  But if I can only live with one food for the rest of my life, it would be sushi since my life depends on it.
4. I played the piano since 4th grade. But as of now, we share a love-hate relationship. I haven't touched it since high school and God knows whenever I may lay a finger on the key once more.
5. I want to travel the world!
6. You do not want to know my eyesight prescription.
7. I cannot snap my fingers.
8. When I get really nervous, I start speaking in a really fast pace and no one really gets a word what I am really saying.
9. I cannot stand seeing animals die in films and whether it is not real, it just breaks my heart in half.
10. I auditioned for my high school's mascot role. Things just did not work out because my moves were just not the jaw-dropping 'greatest.' Don't ask why I auditioned because there was a really pathetic reason behind it lol!
11. I created a time capsule in third grade and I still have it with me - under my bed.... Somewhere collecting dust bunnies.
12. I always need to have some form of sauce when I'm eating finger food.
13. This is bad; but, I have not watched Mean Girls yet. I know... Point your finger at me because you have the right to mock at my personal humiliation. T____T
14. I can survive without TV.
15. Through my experiences, working in a fast food industry is a lot shittier than working in retail.
16. English was not my first language.
17. If food doesn't look aesthetically appealing, then I wouldn't dare poke my fork at it.
18. I learned the term 'bloated' from my childhood game, Neopets!
19. I am very accidental-prone. :(
20. Growing up and to this day, I really despise the color red and I have no clue why. I guess I grew upon to not like the color.
21. It is hard for me to get along with girls. I'm not sure what it is about them, but things get awkward in the end if the conversation doesn't go towards the desired direction. I find myself comfortable with guys and befriending them is a breeze for me.
22. I can't eat spicy food at all.
23. My face flushes pretty easily and it is quite embarrassing since you can tell when I have encountered a mortifying situation.
