Want a simple way - just like counting 123's and ABC's? Have no fear because I can show you with just three magic ingredients and you may be surprised!
All you need is: an egg, peanut butter, and sugar! Wasn't that shocking? Haha, I wouldn't be surprised because they still taste like the real deal without the lengthy process. :D
Steps: Have yourself a bowl and a whisk/fork. Throw in all those three ingredients together and beat these bad boys up until smooth and creamy. You will get a recognize a familiar batch and you know what to do when you present yourself the very amazing cookie dough you just created. Roll into balls and if you wish, use fork to create a hashtag icon as you press down slightly onto the dough. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 Celsius) for about 7-10 minutes! If you like your cookies to be crunchy, then I would say leave it for another 2-3 minutes. :) But don't take my word for it since I haven't tried to purposely screw up a cookie recipe.
